Show must go on: Earth Flight proudly presents the new member on drums, Michael "dudu" Tuttor. Because of the current change in our line-up, we have to reschedule our upcoming release of the whole new album to spring 2010. We intend to play our next shows in late summer to present our new member and music, we currently work on. Sign up to our newsletter to get the latest updates. New tourdates will follow the next weeks. Furthermore you can still listen to our latest unreleased track "By The Light Of The Moon" on myspace.

Sebastian leaves the band
Suprisingly we have to announce that Sebastian has left EARTH FLIGHT. We lose not only a gifted drummer but also a founding member who stood up for the band with all his heart for the last five years. Therefore he played an important role and is responsible for a great part of our sucess. His decision means a great loss to us and we regret it very much.

Here is a part of his statement: "Facing rough times in my private life I was now forced to take a decision regarding my work for Earth > Flight, the upcoming album and the time-consuming commitment that comes along with that. For the moment I can not put enough time, effort and energy in the band and need to focus on enduring some troubles in my private life which are on top priority at the moment. Now I just want to thank everybody in the band for the great times we
shared and also all the people that supported us in the past 5 years, all the bands we've played with and everybody we met on the road at 65 gigs in 7 european countries... It was really a blast!"

We wish him all the best for his future and hope that his personal problems will take a turn for the better. Nevertheless, we will continue to work on the intended album release. As from now on Markus Kühn, known from the Stoner Rock Band DESERT SUN, will support us temporarily on the drums. Heartfelt thanks again to you Markus for helping us out spontaneously. As a consolation we are happy to tell you that we are still planning to release the second EARTH FLIGHT album this year 2009.

First song from the upcoming new album on MySpace.com
Hey there! As a little late christmas present we have uploaded the studio version of our track "By The Light Of The Moon" for pre-listening on our myspace-page: www.myspace.com/earthflight! The track will also be featured on our upcoming second album which is scheduled to be recorded in the first half of 2009... Just have a listen and let us know your thoughts!

Besides that we want to thank everybody who supported Earth Flight in 2008: All gig organisers, venues, bands we toured and shared the stage with and most important, the people from all over the world who enjoy our music and support us by attending our gigs, talking to us, writing emails and buying our albums and shirts: Thank you so much!

On tour! New demotracks on Myspace! New live video!
We just uploaded new demotracks to our myspace page. Right in time for the tour you can listen to “Tideland“ and “By The Light Of The Moon“ on www.myspace.com/earthflight. These should give you a vague impression which direction we will take when entering the studio to record our second full-length album in early 2009.  And there's another new track available: You can watch the live video of "Restless", recorded at the Bambole Open Air in Winterthur/Switzerland in August 2008 here. Working on a new demo & upcoming tour in October
Since beginning of September we're working on a new sign of life in terms of a new demo recording. If all goes well, we should have a 4-track demo available just in time for our tour in late October. The demo should also do well as a little appetizer for the upcoming second album which will be recorded in the not too distant future.

We also don't want to hold back all these new songs, so we're going to play most of them live during the upcoming tour in late October: "The European Séance" together with our Finnish brothers in Doom, Fall Of The Idols, who will promote their second album "The Séance" which was just released on I Hate Records. We would highly appreciate if you could spread the following tour dates through all possible ways and means. Thank you! New Album Recordings and Summerfestivals 2008
After this teriffic weekend in Italy (Thanks again to Midryasi!) we've finally woken from hibernation and are up for anything. The band's new line-up is well-rehearsed by now and we've a bunch of new songs up our sleeve, which we will record this year. It will be different for sure... if you have seen us live during the last months, you will have got an idea that we are dying to present our new songs to you guys also on record. We'll keep you informed about the recording process...it's just starting...

Furthermore there are a few possibilities to catch us on some summer festivals of course. More informations on this here. Summer rocks und you can be with us. See you!

First Video on EARTH FLIGHT TV and new Pictures
We just gathered a few pictures from our short tour in December 2007 together with our swedish friends Burning Saviours. Check out the picture gallery to catch a few impressions from our trip through Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Furthermore we discovered some video footage which was shot in early 2007. Welcome to the new online universe of EARTH FLIGHT
Best wishes to all of you. It's now time to sit back and let this awesome year pass by in front of our mind's eyes. We had great gigs and parties, saw cool places and met lots of cool people and new friends. After troubled times the Flight returned stronger as ever and we're not going to take a break from doing so in 2008. By the way, we're looking through a huge archive of video tapes within the coming weeks and hope to discover some footage which is good enough to share it with you. We'll see... See you next year!
